Did an annual physical here and received a surprise in the bill. It turned out the doctor added some lab tests that are not preventive without telling me. The recommendation of the help desk is basically the patient must do their own research of every billing code to understand what coverage they will have. Though the doctor explicitly mentioned all the lab tests were regular for the annual physical, well, guess that is false. I will take my next annual physical somewhere else.
A horrible place to seek medical attention. They cancel you in 5-10 min buffer regardless their own long check in line even you need only 5 min of their time to write you a prescription. There is no empathy from the stuff. I wish to give 0 star here.
Good costumer service. Bad standard of care. And the phones don’t work. I call and call to check on orders for blood work. They tell me their fax has changed. I fax to the new number and they still do not get the orders. Very disappointed with the doctors and staff at this office. Not up to Pamf standards.
