Pamela and her crew were phenomenal. I had taken over the lease on an apartment that had previously housed a husky and multiple short-term tenants. Needless to say, it was well overdue for a clean beyond what I was capable of! Not only did Pamela keep me updated as to the quote (which understandably had to be revised given the amount of dog hair ground into my carpets), she was professional and courteous throughout. Pamela and her crew did a great job cleaning my condo. She made sure everything looked good before she left. She even made a trip out to Lowes for me to pickup some replacements for blinds that were broken.
