Pam will try to set you up with a different doctor when you clearly scheduled an appointment to see her. When she does see you, she seems kind of rude, and she tries to fix the problem as quickly as possible. This is not something a doctor should be doing if they want the problem to be fixed to the best of their ability. If something comes up, like a flu or some sort of infection that makes it difficult to do the things you must do, forget trying to get the appointment that works best for you.
