I am rarely able to reach the office during office hours. The office staff have been rude, unreliable, and lack simple customer service skills . After 2 months of dealing with a mistake made by state farms side, I am still not able to get get my policy squared away. They've lapsed my coverage, twice, increased my rates, and fail to repair my account since etheir mistakes .
