It was a good visit when we went. My daughter was around 2. They were supposed to contact me for another appointment and never did, my daughter is now 5. they are nearly impossible to get ahold of.
I contacted her directly in 2021 via email because I was looking for a geneticist to evaluate me for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I have an HMO and only 2 doctors are covered - Dr. Trapane and Dr. Perszyk. The latter was not reachable, and Dr. Trapane worked in the peds department. However, I emailed her and asked if she would be willing to take my case and she agreed. I was seen by her ANRP, Elena, who was very thorough and I was diagnosed with hEDS that day. Be calling for WEEKS just make an appt!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable standards!! Especially when your child could possibly have a life threatening disease ??? How is this even a doctors office with UF?
