She doesn’t answer the phone. She is the listing agent but never actually returns calls to even let you see the homes. I think some she sits on so the prices go down so she can then buy them and flip them herself. I am not sure of this of course but the way she isn’t answering to homes that are fixer uppers so prices below are the ones she won’t answer back to. Awful way to do business. She missed out on a sale of a home.
Being a Virginia native, Pamela is very verse in VB & the surrounding cities. She goes the extra mile in explaining every detail especially if you are new home owner. She l’s invested in meeting your needs and it shows.
Pam is definitely a professional from start to finish. Prior to our decision to buy we tuned into her Instagram lives and YouTube channel where she gave free educational advice. She even held Zoom meetings to answer many questions about home buying. When we were ready to buy, we chose Pam because she had a great personality and you could tell that she was about her business.
