Performed my transvaginal ultrasound without gloves. I don’t think she even washed her hands. I was too shocked to say anything… all around a very uncomfortable experience, I left feeling so horrible.
She dismissed anything I told her about my health, and made it like i was lying to her. She dismissed one of my medical problems, she never mentioned or spoke about it whenever I talked to her. Also, very short, rude, and not humane at all. she never even contacted me about my test results, very pushy on something that I told her no too. I would never go to her again.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kridgen for over 20+ years. She’s treated me from young adult, newly married, to midlife. She’s extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. She provides facts supported by data that have enabled me to make informed, educated decisions about my healthcare and well being. She’s caring and personally calls with test results or to check in following procedures vs just posting them on MyChart. I trust her with my life and value her input and professional opinion.
