I saw her several years ago and my visit was very prompt and attentive. Highly recommended. She was eager and listened to my issues and concerns. Great to have a doctor without all the bullcrap run around. She is quick and to the point with my issues. Very experienced in all anxiety issues.

She prescribed medication for my grandson who had attention deficit disorder. Was very competent and easy to talk to.

Pamela Franks is one of the VERY FEW practitioners that I would ever recommend. A pragmatist that gets to the "issues" and provides insight. I have found Ms. Franks to be able to do something few do. she is going to respond with "what one needs to hear and do", rather than "what you want to hear. I sincerely believe that I would been mired in a "in a the problem I now am living in the now and future". I credit Ms. Franks for this..

I have tried working with several medication providers for my depression, binge eating disorder, and anxiety. I have often felt that they were just tossing anything at me that their drug reps had given them samples of. I didn't feel that they got to know me or that there was genuine effort to coordinate with my therapist to ensure I was getting the most effective treatment. Pam Franks is very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about my treatment. I highly recommend her.

I would not recommend going to her. She does not make it a point to be genuine or care about her patients.
