Dr. Tola performed two bunionectomies on me more than 30 years ago and after they healed, I have had no more foot problems.
Dr. Tola was very caring and gentle with my son's issue. She spent lots of time with us and explained everything she was doing along the way. We had the last appointment of the day and it ran a little late, but Dr. Tola apologized and provided excellent care.
Very professional staff and Doctor is extremely competent, friendly and helpful.
Her services are mediocre. She scheduled me at 7:45am & Dr. did not arrive until 8:25am. She didn't even apologized & when I pointed out that I had been waiting for 40min out in the parking lot, her attitude completely changed, she became extremely rude & started yelling that she would just reschedule me & slammed door in my face. Never going back! Very unprofessional & rude!
I called to make an appointment after finding this practice on my Qualcare list. I was told by the "not too friendly" receptionist that she did not accept my insurance. I advised her that she was in fact on my approved list and her response was "well, she can say no if she wants to." I guess that my paying $1,400.00 per month for my health insurance with a $5,000.00 deductible per person is not good enough for Dr. Pamela Tola.
Dr Pamela Tola caused me to yell out loud in pain TWICE during the first visit, during which she basically erased my toenails down to the quick! Very abrupt, distracted, defensive woman. The quest for competency continues...
