If you want an agent who is more concerned about the buyers when you are selling your house than Steve Heathman is the guy for you. Terrible agent who didn't take into consideration anything we asked for. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who charges a higher percentage. We made the mistake in thinking we were saving money going with him but you got what you pay for.
