Dr Hansen always listens carefully to my concerns, does a thorough exam, includes me in developing a plan of care. She is warm and personable, and I find her very caring and competent. Highly recommend her!
Dr. Hansen was fantastic! I love her approach of natural and simple solutions. She helped my wife some years ago with so much success, and helped me now. I usually feel that doctors are making me a favor and I am bothering them. They are usually fast and want to see another patient as soon as possible. She was patient, I felt she genuinely cared about myself and I didn't feel any pressure of time. She wanted to help me. I was the one who finished the appointment. Thank you vey much!!
She didn’t care or try to care when two other doctors sent me to her as the specialist.
The not-so-thorough explanation of my spine condition was completely conducted by her aide who provided no help or guidance at all on what to do to help my problem. My only advice from Dr. Hansen was that I might be too young for surgery because it might cause problems in a few years, and so there is only pain management and physical therapy. She also was unable to be contacted regularly, including not returning calls to disability agents, resulting in a claims denial.
I thought Dr. Hansen was very thorough. She was professional and went over my prognosis with me in detail.
Absolutely horrible and seems to lack a thorough education. I have problems with my spine, my body is twisted, neck vertebrae popping in and out all the time, and CNS issues. But supposedly, nothing wrong with me, no claimed no pinched nerve but they didn't have the evidence to say so from an incomplete MRI, and apparently neck problems can't cause neurologic symptoms. The same was said for whiplash. This person does not having the education and expertise to treat people in any way. AVOID!
