Very pleased with the ease of repairs. Staff all professional and friendly, patient with all the questions I had. Repairs were done quickly which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend to friends and family. We originally chose Pamby as friends of ours recommended them. Seamless experience.
I recently took my 2022 Genesis to this place due to its proximity to my house and the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. Despite the accident being minor, I had to leave my car there for an entire month. The employee who took the car did not note down the specific instructions my husband provided, which I found very unprofessional. The mechanic should have thoroughly inspected the vehicle. Excellent Service. Miracle workers. Somehow, the Pamby Service team was able to find our VERY rare Special Edition Mercedes rim (it has been discontinued for years) in ENGLAND! Talk about going out of your way for customer service. We had tried previously through several other "certified" Benz repair shops and no one could ever do it (or wasn't willing to go to the effort for us).
