I went to Pamby with a couple of important issues with my brand-new Grand Cherokee 4xe Summit. They couldn't properly diagnose the problems, or perhaps just didn't want to. The person at the front desk insulted my intelligence giving me some BS and let me go. I have never experienced such poor service from any dealership in the past. I took my wheelchair conversion van in there the door that slides in the side came off the hinge. I had to have it towed in there and they said they couldn't work on it because it was a conversion van. It was the door that was off the hinge had nothing to do with the conversion part of the van. I was kind of surprised that they didn't work on it because this is who worked on the vehicle prior to me purchasing it IDK 🤷♂️♿
