Rented from them for several years. The price was decent which is the only reason we stayed. We never could get anyone to answer the phone when needed or even to return our phone calls, so the few years we rented from them my husband repaired everything that needed to be repaired himself. Upon moving out I believe they have a scam going on. They say you must go through a specific carpet company. You can't use one you like or with a better estimate.
