Kim helped us buy, manage, and sell our home. A majority of the time this was done while we were overseas. Her expertise and professionalism were greatly appreciated. She was able to help us get an offer on our home the day after it was listed. She was very responsive to emails and calls. She let us know if tenants had any concerns and helped facilitate solutions quickly. My husband and I highly recommend Kim for any house buying, selling, and managing needs. She helped ease the stress of the housing market.

Kim and I have worked together multiple times and everytime we have , the deals have been smooth & quick. When it was time to downsize and simplify my lifestyle - I reached out to her again and we were under contract and closed in 21 days! Now I love my new active lifestyle & my home is perfect for me.If you are looking for a realtor who is easy to work with, always with a can do attitude, Kim Maxwell is your gal.
