Absolutely the worst mistake/decision I made in my life. Nurses do not listen. They moved my mom from IMC care to Med/Surg due to lack of bed capacity. They took forever to respond to the nurse’s call because my mom was struggling to breathe. Nurses just stared at her when she said she can’t breath, WTH! I can go on with the lack of responsibility and care they provided. If you really love your family AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Choosing them will forever be my biggest regret.
Unfortunately, this place is not a good care provider. It seems like the nurses are nice enough but the doctors are in a constant battle over who is right, causing frequent changes in medication and treatment, and unnecessary confusion among patients, staff, and families. Not sure if it's a process issue, ego issue, or perhaps a pharm commission issue but the patients deserve better.
