I can see why people are having a bad experience here. The “director of strategy” at this facility, Glen Campbell, thinks its funny to make cruel jokes about tragic car accidents on social media. Dont expect sympathy from management at this facility.
Great nurses and Dr's They check on you regularly and always makes sure you're comfortable with your stay All the staff is great.i had a very good stay PT and OT came up to three times a week just To make sure I was able to take care of myself when discharged or they would discharge me until I was. I find that a wonderful thing because I live alone and don't have someone to help me like they do here.
We are truly grateful for the care my father received at PAM. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated our family with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The nurses and CNAs worked hard to keep him comfortable and safe, and they always tried to respond quickly when we needed support. I also want to give special recognition to the respiratory therapy team — they were excellent, attentive, and very supportive. This place isn't anywhere a person needs to be they aren't very good with the exception of some of the nurses and CNAs that were outstanding didn't receive the care I expected to receive the whole time I was there I day shy of 4 weeks I had 1 bed bath and 2 showers. One night I pressed the nurse call light in order to get pain meds it went off I thought on its own so I pressed it again and saw the reflection of a cna turn it off so she wouldn't have to check on me and I was on the phone with my husband and dad loudly she cam... read more
The therapy team was great!! CNA’s could be more gentle with the patient and communicate better with the patient and family. Bathing was not done on a regular basis and had to be asked for by family.
