had a great experience. the care was excellent and people very compassionate. great customer service and wearing colors to differentiate departments. gina the case worker was terrific. therapy was personable and Tori was great. would highly recommend. I feel much stronger
Staff was extremely informative, friendly and accommodating. Therapist were excellent and I was able to achieve all goals. Jen Edger and Frank went above and beyond to keep me informed on my case. Wound care team inspected wounds and changed dressings when there was leakage or after showering. Can’t say enough wonderful things about PAM rehab in Milford DE.!!
I was very disappointed in the experience we had here, as my stepdad was just at Dover & had a great experience there. I don't feel they really helped him at all & sent him home knowing he needed more care then we could provide. And did not send him home with all he needed for us to successfully taking care of him. Also some of the staff was very rude.
Everyone here was nice and caring. Everyone was compassionate. They took very good care of me. Thank you PAM!
