Personally a waste of time and money. One hand doesn’t seem to know what the other is doing. Just one example:: I was listed as fluid restriction yet told me I was dehydrated and given IV fluids. I couldn’t get simple medication questions answered. Therapy team was excellent but I never got a schedule. The medical staff was unresponsive despite asking each day to speak to someone. The same response to every question was ask your nurse. I felt sorry for them.

I’ve been to several Rehab centers and the medical staff was unresponsive despite asking each day to speak to someone.

Facility was beautiful. Cleanliness gets an A plus. Communication is piss poor. My father arrived there around 6pm at the start of his rehab, transferred right from the hospital. Elaine was wonderful with his introductory paperwork. The nurses who came out to get him brought a wheelchair with no feet and just asked my 75 year old father to hold his feet up the entire trip upstairs.
