Matt is a super person, positive and makes you smile!! Everyone is kind and nice
Any facility in only as good as it's staff, and this PAM facility has the most amazing, caring, pleasant staff. Each person that entered my room had a smile and pleasant, cheerful way about them. They showed they enjoyed caring for people and were not just there for a pay check. The staff all seemed to get along well too which makes a difference. Even when they were not due to check vitals, draw blood, or administer meds, often a nurse or aide who come in just to ask if I needed anything.The room was kept extremely clean and... read more
Excellent care and spotlessly clean! Every staff member we had contact with, from manager to cleaning staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.
My husband had a wonderful stay at PAM Sussex. All of the staff took great care of him! You can tell they really care about all of their patients. The building was very clean and well kept. When he arrived he could barely stand, at discharge he was walking with his walker with more confidence than I have seen in a long time! We would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here! We can’t say enough positive things about his stay.
I would like to give a shout out to Pam in the Sussex Campus. I had a wonderful experience there. I appreciate all the nurses, doctors and CNAs. I can honestly say that they did a wonderful job in taking care of me. They are pleasant, kind, considerate, respectful and polite. I would recommend anyone to stay there and know that you are getting genuine care. So I just want to say thank you guys for making me feel very comfortable and keep up the great work.
