I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband Karl, his care and stay here at PAM in Westminster was beyond any expectations we could possible have wanted or needed. The staff from entering the facility greeted us with kindness and concern, the clinical staff were so kind, caring, loving but also pushed him when he needed pushing in the most caring way possible. Gong into this rehab after spinal reconstruction surgery, my expectations were that I would be served at a patient-centered, healing focused facility. That was not my experience. Day 1 of my transfer, the prescriptions for my pain medication did not follow with me. I received a very rushed room orientation. The first CNA to arrive in my room was unfamiliar with the back brace I was ordered to wear at all time when not in bed.
