Disappointed. Hygiene Neglect & Medical Mismanagement. We are disappointed in the treatment that our 85-year-old mother received at Pam Heath Rehabilitation Hospital. She is a vulnerable patient with a complex TBI, mobility issues, and incontinence. I think Pam Rehab was a great experience. If I ever need to go to rehab again I choose Pam Westminster. I would highly recommend to people! The PT and OT staff were amazing and I enjoyed working with them. Breezy and Alex mainly worked with me and I really appreciate them and loved working with them!! I was referred here by the hospital er that I went to for an emergency. My stay here was supposed to work on short-term intense physical therapy to get me ready to be able to work at the end of leave absence. My experience has been very mixed. Most of the staff that work here are very professional and perform their jobs very well. It has been in the media many times how shorthanded hospitals and rehabilitation facilities are. My team of nurses and doctors . And it and PT were very helpful and had very good experience with them. I am definitely going to go back to them when I get my third knee surgery. They were very friendly and awesome at what they did . I am very thankful for going to Pam health rehabilitation.

I was transferred to PAM Westminster due to having multiple complex thoracic spine surgeries within days of each other. The physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, case managers, nurses, doctors, respiratory, cleaning and kitchen staff were nothing short of outstanding. They were positive, informative, resourceful, intelligent, timely, empathetic and respectful. It was a great pleasure to be able to stay and work with them.
