PAM took good care of my Mom while she was there. Unfortunately the Medical Director's bedside manner is lacking, stated coarsely "That will never heal...," but Wound Care Nurse Megan was outstanding, taking the time to answer questions, listen and empathize. Thank you Megan! Although my mom has transferred to another facility, she continues to improve every week.

I would have to say the entire staff, with the exception of one nurse with the name of Goodness, were all very helpful, respectful and understanding of my brain injury. Goodnesses was the only nurse that didn't seem to understand the factors and care that are needed in a post brain bleed injury. She was not caring nor respectful about the amount of pain I was in, and actually was laughing on the phone while speaking to the charge nurse in my room as I requested her to see what other intervention was available to help me with... read more

Tried to schedule me for 1 hr day speech therapy when I had back surgery. I declined and person performing assessment continued to argue everyone does speech therapy- I told her I would not because I didn’t need it, but would do more PT or OT. Been extremely difficult to pay my portion of the bill… insurance billed $29,400 and I owe $610. They use 3rd party vendor who doesn’t accept HSA cards. I've experienced PAM Westminster both in-patient and out. As an in-patient I had PT and/or OT three times a day. Staff was delightful. Food was good. ... be sure to try the tomato soup. Off there's room and your insurance is taken, don't think for a moment of going elsewhere to recover from whatever ails you. I continued PT on an outpatient basis for twice a week. Same good sessions in the gym.
