Matt was absolutely wonderful, can’t say enough good things about him. Provided great care, kind and compassionate! The ladies in the kitchen were so nice and helpful with helping with food orders. The therapy staff are phenomenal! Thank you to Ally Duffy, Delaney Shertz, Deanne Suarez, Amanda Hennen, Virginia Dittman, Kristin Shockley, Yahir Flores, and Angela Rutherford … all were amazing, kind, encouraging, compassionate and the best of the best! Also, Jen my case manager was very nice and helpful with discharge planning.
My grandfather was here after being in the hospital. The goal was to get him to stand up and walk with one person amd let me tell you, he did not make it easy on them. But the PT team was incredible, they worked so hard with him, we're patient and didnt give up. When he left he was able to stand and walk at the bars, albeit a bit wobbly and complaining the whole time he was met with positive reinforcement, encouragement and praise. My husband stayed for 5 days for help with complications after major back surgery. The staff was awesome and helped him learn how to do daily tasks and walk with a walker so he would not hurt himself. He even said the food was good!

Any facility in only as good as it's staff, and this PAM facility has the most amazing, caring, pleasant staff. Each person that entered my room had a smile and pleasant, cheerful way about them. They showed they enjoyed caring for people and were not just there for a pay check. The staff all seemed to get along well too which makes a difference. Even when they were not due to check vitals, draw blood, or administer meds, often a nurse or aide who come in just to ask if I needed anything.The room was kept extremely clean and... read more
