I was very disappointed in the experience we had here, as my stepdad was just at Dover & had a great experience there. I don't feel they really helped him at all & sent him home knowing he needed more care then we could provide. And did not send him home with all he needed for us to successfully taking care of him. Also some of the staff was very rude.
Everyone here was nice and caring. Everyone was compassionate. They took very good care of me. Thank you PAM!
The nurses and therapists are very special people. They each have compassion and patience for their patients. I would recommend them to all
Physical therapy was great but very short staffed range bell to go to bathroom took over 2o.min for someone too come in said it was changing ofmshiftsvthat if have to wait. Really ?? Stuffvhad poor attitude about their job From now on I will be going to Pam in dover
