I spent a couple of hours each week at the outpatient PAM rehab facility in Centennial Hills near Durango Rd. I had a number of falls for about 40 years and they have become frequent now at 85 years of age. Pam Health Rehab gave me a better idea about my causes for falling. I am fortunate to not have had a broken bone or other serious injury. I have never had such wonderful care. Verona my case manager was wonderful and very helpful. The food was great. The muffins were wonderful. Nursing staff was fabulous.Thank you.

The case manager lied to me. My insurance company told me they approved me staying until September 18th. The case manager rushed me out of the facility days before the 18th. I still needed therapy both physical and occupational.
