Pam knows the market inside and out and is not pushy. Her deep experience makes the process very smooth and her assistant Deanna is fabulous. They were both incredibly helpful and we’ll definitely work with them and only them when we buy a larger home on the island.
Pam and team were fantastic! The listing and sales process couldn't have gone better. We highly recommend Pam Harrington to anyone interested in buying or selling on Kiawah. She knows the island better than anyone we know!!
We’ve bought two houses and sold one in Kiawah with Pam representing us for all three transactions and she was fantastic. When we were new to Kiawah - she helped us navigate all the different clubs and membership levels. She knows the island market and has an invaluable contacts for anything that pops up during the listing and after the sale. Thank you Pam for all your help while we chase our dreams of the perfect beach house.
Deborah and the Pam team are excellent. Thanks so much for giving us an alternate to a defacto monopoly on Kiawah Island.
We recently purchased property near Seabrook and will forever be glad we worked with Melissa Harrington. Melissa exceeded our expectations in every way. She helped us make our best deal, communicated with us clearly and efficiently throughout the process and always went the extra mile. Melissa and her team made the process easy and the result a success. We highly recommend Melissa Harrington and her team.
