We’ve bought two houses and sold one in Kiawah with Pam representing us for all three transactions and she was fantastic. Debra Jadwin was a godsend. I happened to stumble upon her when looking at a specific Kiawah Island condo and she was incredible through the whole buying process, as an incredible advocate. I was going through the process long distance so it was really amazing to have her as my boots on the ground. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get answers jumping through hoops! We have even become friends through this process!
James Badia was excellent. He was professional, responsive and he handled my real estate acquisition without a problem. I would highly recommend James and more importantly I would use him again for my next acquisition without any reservation.
Kiawah is gorgeous and the two houses that we rented through Pam Harrington Exclusives were both beautifully appointed but the management group is exceedingly difficult to work with. After months of planning for a large reunion that required 2 neighboring houses, we received notification that one of the houses would no longer be available because "the owners decided to use the home for their personal use."
