The 1st chapter 13 bankruptcy was dismissed due to lack of tax returns and I couldn't afford to pay anymore. I sent the original paperwork to her office, thinking she'd do the right thing and file it with my case. Well, here I sit trying to convert a chapter 13 to a chapter 7.
