They came out today, were so prompt it caught me off guard, and were so pleasant, courteous, upfront and kind, completely honest and transparent. Exceptional! Incredibly friendly and professional. Worked with my insurance and suggested resurfacing my yard in the spring which is also covered! I never would have thought of that. Entire water main line replaced as there was a break in the yard. Will recommend and use again when I redo my kitchen! Would give them more stars if I could!
Ethan went above and beyond to educate me on my vintage plumbing system. Explaining the different materials used several decades ago and the advantages disadvantages of these materials. What seemed to be an absolute major complex job. Was throughly explained and extraordinarily quoted ‘minus ($4500)’ extraordinary. As usual Paluska did a wonderful job! They worked me into their schedule promptly. Jorge and Michael showed up right on time. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job for a great price!!! They were able to turn my DIY washer set up to a professional efficient one. I highly recommend Paluska Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
All I needed was a garbage disposal swap. And that’s all it was. Called Paluska and found their service operations to be incredibly simple. Text notifications when en route, easy invoicing which I paid with Apple Pay through the email and receipt emailed directly to me. This is how service work is supposed to be in the 21st century. Easy and without friction. I’m very pleased.
