I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Palouse Properties' management services. My experiences as a tenant have been consistently negative, and I feel it is important to bring share my experience. Always extremely helpful Dan; Penny & Rosie they actually got me a new dishwasher when I’d been having a really bad year and replaced my garbage disposal and really solid customer service always I would highly recommend renting with them they are very encouraging towards people w housing issues and they don’t get in your business 24/7 so it’s a quiet enjoyable unit as long as rent is paid on time you’ll never have any issues they are super chill
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy they run a corrupt bug infested zero repairs poor excuse of a company and here is why: they break all the regulations for fair housing repairs the person who doesn’t repairs is ill qualified they have stated the primary manager Dan that we don’t do repairs here or we do them ourselves to try to save money he’s not a repair expert.
