Never ever consider moving to this apartment!! I lived here for an year. The apartment is located at prime location and it is beautifully constructed. The problem is with the building management and the policies/process. Following are the troubles I went thru when I stayed there. 1. All apartments could be rented by smokers. You cannot complain on them, cause lease does allow them to smoke. 2. No restriction on number of people could stay in an apartment. There were 6 smoking neighbors staying in one BHK apartment.
