LIVID right now. These are some of the most unprofessional groups of people EVER. They have an absolute lack of communication, lack transparency (partial auto check reports), and are just plain bad. I'd heard iffy things about them via word of mouth, but decided to give them a try because of yelp reviews and ooooommmmggg am I mad I wasted my time. I ended up deciding on a car, had them drop it off for repairs, had to call constantly and check in with them-- because they, apparently, don't know what it means to keep your pote... read more
Whoever the GM is, must have been having a terrible day when I called, because all I got was rudeness and sarcasm. Didn't even try to sell me the car I was interested in buying. =/ Very irritating and awkward too!
