I recently purchased a car from this dealership. I was told that a shade for my vehicle will be replaced at no charge. The shade was ordered and when placed it immediately broke. I was then assured that a new shade will be ordered. I continued to follow up and the general manager continued to tell me the shade is in transit and will be delivered this week. 3 months later and still nothing. Communication is poor and this business lacks integrity. I do not recommend this business. The General Manager name is Mo. Please beware.

LIVID right now. These are some of the most unprofessional groups of people EVER. They have an absolute lack of communication, lack transparency (partial auto check reports), and are just plain bad. I'd heard iffy things about them via word of mouth, but decided to give them a try because of yelp reviews and ooooommmmggg am I mad I wasted my time. Whoever the GM is, must have been having a terrible day when I called, because all I got was rudeness and sarcasm. Didn't even try to sell me the car I was interested in buying. =/ Very irritating and awkward too!
We were looking for a pre owned Lexus for our daughter. I initially dealt with Moe who made the experience a very pleasant one. There were no heavy handed sales tactics ever used. He was very honest about the sales price . We didn't have to haggle over the pricing because it was already well priced versus the market but he actually came off a little more.! Wonderful Place If Your Shopping For A Car!!! – I suggest trying this place before shopping at the hassling, over-priced dealerships. We had been shopping all week and every dealer was the same. Bryan was NOTHING like the others. We loved him!
