Used to love the Palomino. Great margarita flight. Some menu items are good. Seems like quality isn't as good as it used to be. And they are now charging 3% fee so that they can pay their kitchen staff fairly. Note that the final total that your tipping on includes the 3% fee. Will be looking for non surcharge restaurants instead.
Love this restaurant!! They earned all of the stars given. Customer service is not a thing of the past here. Food is soooo yummy. Don't leave without trying the sopapillas. You won't be disappointed.
The restaurant itself's atmosphere was pleasant, very authentic. The floor was filthy though where my shoes had to be washed on the bottom when I got home. The food is way below. Most Mexican food standards serving quality. Very dry. Not very flavorful. The plates look sparse. The service was absolutely terrible. It wasn't just the waitress.
