Heat wasn’t working in some rooms. Called Jose and he offered a solution for me to double check, before even talking about pricing or coming out. The solution fixed the problem quickly. He saved me some headaches with scheduling and got me all set. Thanks Jose!! I’d definitely consider Jose first for the furnace replacement in the future.

My Steam boiler was not working for two days. I called Palomino and told him it was very cold if he would be able to help me. He scheduled an appointment for me right away. He sent his employee Bobby and it was fixed no time. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. This company is very professional and his employee Bobby is amazing. If you want the job done call these people they are the best.

After reading such positive reviews, I was surprised to have the experience that I did. While I found my initial reach out to Jose regarding a quote to be responsive and direct, it became a whole different story when it came time to schedule the appointment. I made multiple attempts via phone call and text to see when he was available to come out and was met with delayed or vague responses which eventually lead to no response at all.
