He was unresponsive for a long time before finally showing up. We agreed on a price, and he promised to complete the work in one week, but this never happened, even after I followed up multiple times. Please do not trust their services if you have urgent issues or work that needs to be completed on time.

He really saved us when we had a heating emergency in our residential building. Super friendly guy, responded right away, and definitely offered fair pricing. I’m so glad we found him, we will for sure be using him again!

Heat wasn’t working in some rooms. Called Jose and he offered a solution for me to double check, before even talking about pricing or coming out. The solution fixed the problem quickly. He saved me some headaches with scheduling and got me all set. Thanks Jose!! I’d definitely consider Jose first for the furnace replacement in the future.

My Steam boiler was not working for two days. I called Palomino and told him it was very cold if he would be able to help me. He scheduled an appointment for me right away. He sent his employee Bobby and it was fixed no time. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. This company is very professional and his employee Bobby is amazing. If you want the job done call these people they are the best.
