Located inside the City Centre building, this elegant bistro has rose-colored blown glass covering its walls and ceiling. Patrons dine in the sometimes noisy lounge or get a quick meal in the cafe area. The area across the escalator is better suited to formal lunches and dinners. The specialty is wood-oven roasting. The menu offers lamb shank, paella and oven-roasted jumbo prawns. Also try the gourmet pizzas or a Chop Chop Salad. For dessert enjoy traditional tiramisu, white chocolate ice cream or pear bread pudding.

Great wait staff. The quality of the dinner was worth the price.
Love the food. Even has quite a bit of gluten free menu items. Discount for 5th Avenue Theatre subscribers and free birthday dessert!
We stopped in for dinner before the show at 5th Avenue. It’s a very nice place to dine with a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere. The service is spectacular and the food delicious. I got the chicken parm and it was done to perfection. Moist, flavorful chicken with a really nice marinara. Pasta done “al dente” with a flavorful, buttery taste with just a little heat in the spices. Very well done meal!
Best meal by far at any restaurant I have eaten @ in Seattle!
A nice relaxed atmosphere. I had The Mahi with pasta. Very good. I recommend it for a nice little much:
Very good food and excellent service. They made sure we got to our venue on time as we were running late ourselves.
We ate there last night and the food was awful. I expected much better.
At Palomino, the place is lovely, the service is great and the food is outstanding. Palomino is the first restaurant I ate in here in Seattle (25 years ago) and it remains one of my favorites.
Devin our waiter was awesome, friendly and funny. Never had to ask for anything, he was on top of it all. Food was good and had a great time.
Palomino has a 4.2 star rating with 1,569 reviews.
Palomino is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
