Unprofessional, Terrible Service at PMG. – The Palomar Medical Group, headed by Dr. Mark Shapiro and staffed by Dr. Emmit Lee, have routinely provided unprofessional and dispectful service to me and many other patients. You must leave a message and hopefully/maybe someone will call you back. I've had call backs ranging from two to six hours to the next day!
