They sent me a bill for an urgent care visit a whole year and a half after my visit. Surprise! And since it was from a different year, I couldn't use my medical reimbursement account and had to pay out of pocket. That's unacceptable. I did have some some good visits at urgent care over the few years I was part of the medical group though. But overall, they're just about the profit.
I am writing this review after I have been patient for a year with ENT Dr Patrick Fitzgerald .This is the worst medical experience I have ever had. I should write one star review after first time see him and change a Doctor. I have been to see him for 11times since March 2024. because of excessive nasal discharge and nasal congestion. I have spent a lot of time and energy to see him, but my nose issues has been no improvement. He is very arrogant, impatient and unprofessional. I do not know how this network/hospital/company stays in business. I have been on this network for two years and recently been experiencing health issues. After a visit to the ER for gall bladder stones I have been trying for WEEKS to make an appointment with my primary care doctor and have been unsuccessful. Long wait on the phone, after 35 minutes and no answer, I gave up. So frustrating. No follow up, no answer from the scheduling department…. Stay away from this place!
