Terrible service and patient care for a health center this size. Doctor never sent orders that they said they would. Their online patient portal is not working, unable to send messages or schedule appointment. They are unable to schedule appointments via phone as “their system is down” and they would call me back when it is fixed and it’s been 6 weeks. Not sure how they are able to treat patients. Horrible.
Great doctors phone service has long waits, computes get hacked every year
Got surgery yesterday and I am in a lot of pain,and I have been calling all day trying to get some kind of painkiller as they did not prescribe me anything when I left and now I'm uncomfortable and in a lot of pain and I can't seem to get a hold of absolutely anybody it's been an entire day of phone calls. So I guess I will just have figure it out myself however I can seeing as how there seems to be no communication and no support after having surgery.
