All the various phone numbers for PHMG are routed to ONE queue at a call center, and nobody answers the phone. I was number 11 in queue for an hour. Calls for a MEDICAL office - really? This was not an isolated incident, it is normal business as usual. For practical purposes it is faster to drive there and make an appointment in person... or go elsewhere

Our local doctor (Harper) was bought by Palomar Health, and since this time their billing has been horrendously unorganized. My last doctor visit in July, I paid the same day in full. Yet almost 4 months later, the corporate Palomar Health office sent a balance due, they actually reclassified my visit to an "extended visit" rather than my 5 minute visit, and created a paper trail different than my received receipt. Impossible to get hold of anyone with their phone system. Waited 10 minutes, and when it was my turn, the other side just hangs up. Very hard working employees. Smart way to do less work.

I tried to get a first appointment with my primary care physician. I first called but no one answers and I was told that they will call me back. No one called in 5 days. I called another time and waited for 30 minutes to be on a call with manager. After 15 minutes we were disconnected and again no one called me back. I called several times and sometimes my call was just hanged up.
