Paloma Terrace is dishonorable, and underhanded compared to the prior ownership from Mesa Vista. -The carpets of my apartment were damaged prior to me renting in 2013. -Paloma Terrace charged me $90 for the wearing and cleaning of the carpet, in spite of my noting the carpet at move in, in 2013. -Paloma Terrace charged me for living in #4 until January 12th (I moved out December 16,) when they finally got around to the paperwork.
