This was the friendliest salon I’ve ever been to! From reception to working with Lorelei as my stylist, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The salon was really clean and trendy and everyone was very efficient and professional. Lorelei took time to talk to me about my hair and hair goals and was able to do something really fun with the general outline I gave. She also gave me great tips and tools for styling the look at home. I will be a returning customer to this salon!

Lorelei was great! She was all about what I want for my hair and what she can do to achieve "the" look. I felt at ease asking her to make many adjustments, and she was so patient with me. Will definitely come back. The receptionist was nice, too, and the complimentary drink was a nice touch.

EDIT: I want to clarify: nothing in my review was misleading. My inspiration photo showed a shorter length than the cut I received, which is why I had to book an adjustment in the first place. I was told the adjustment would be an hour, yet when I arrived it was only 30 minutes in addition to no styling — something I only learned in the chair. I came to Paloma Salon for a big chop on my long, thick curly hair (3b–4a) and booked with Andi after sharing inspiration photos. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, but my experience with Andi felt rushed and impersonal. She had another client scheduled right after me, and I left with a cut that wasn’t at the length I wanted. I was told to book an adjustment, which I did that same day. This is the best salon in the world!!!! Andy is the best! She did exactly what I needed and it was amazing for my hair, definitely the best experience and the staff is super friendly
