Honestly, if I could put Lorelei in my pocket, I would. Always brings my curls back to life, always gives great advice on my hair. And the salon itself is GORGEOUS
I was curious about Paloma when it changed locations to Newark Ave as I was in need of a new go to hair stylist. I decided to give Cyndee a chance. Turns out, curly hair is one of her specialties. She gave me a very on trend haircut on my first visit with long layers and angles. It was a great look for my curls and super low maintenance for everyday. I've been going to Paloma for years now, since they were in a different location. The new location on Newark Ave prompted me to write this review. It's beautiful, tons of light, and it does genuinely feel like I'm getting a luxury service (and I am!) when I'm there. Highly recommend.
Tara is the best!! She’s sweet and so experienced in taking what you’re asking for and translating it into a stunning haircut/style. She educated me on the best products to use for my fine hair and helped me troubleshoot what I might be doing wrong at home in terms of hair care. If you’re looking for a new hairstylist, look no further than Tara at Paloma Salon.
I’ve gotten my haircut by Lorelei and Brenda and both have done amazing jobs. The Paloma staff really listens, cares, and really do give cuts you can live in
