The first time my family and I visited this place we had a fairly good time. Today, omg, the absolute worst racist experience I have every had. Today was my aunts 60th bday and prior to today she made reservations for 30 people, although 30 people didnt show up. But anyway, When we got there we were advised my management we had to be out by 5pm so another party could use the room. We then questioned why?.... Today my family and I shared with my sisters 60th birthday thinking the evening would be filled with fun filled memories instead to find out if the full amount of guests were coming if not we had to be out by 5:00 which was never told to my sister this event that was scheduled. I think it was unprofessional and very rude to say the least. The service was not good the staff kept walking back and forth watching us like they were a lynch mob after all tabs were paid Jose (if Im not mistaken) came to my sister-in-law and accused... read more
We were so disappointed when we tried Paloma Blanca for the first time tonight. The worst was our service. Our server was inattentive and we kept having to flag others down for things we needed. Even then, we ended up waiting a long time for basics - like silverware. The food and drinks were disappointing as well. Such an overall poor experience for a tab that totaled nearly $70 (with tip) for just two of us. We had been so excited to dine here based on other ratings. We won't be back.
Love this place! Great food, great atmosphere. It has been a bit so I need to plan an afternoon of dining out....
Hostess seemed bothered. Didn't offer a high chair. Server brought us our drinks took our order. Never saw him again. Food was lukewarm. I had to go find our server Dave so we could get cashed out. Overall terrible service. Would not recommend this place.
The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, definitely a place adults can appreciate. The food was delicious. This is not a fast food place so don't expect your food to be right out, but do expect it to be the best you've ever had when it arrives. It's not Tex-Mex, sombreros and piñata kind of place. It's a very nice restaurant that serves the uncommon Mexican food.
