Attended palome for a year at their previous location then this one. Extremely hostile environment. The therapist cared more about how she was perceived by reviewers even talking about lawsuits for slander she was engaging in than helping the client. I want to go into a book length long rant about this place and its horrors but I escaped their shaming and found somewhere that builds better lives and I’d rather not be their next lawsuit. Please help yourself more than choosing any therapist and choose any OTHER therapist.
Amazing place that made me feel welcomed and loved! I still work with Palome to this day, and I adore it! Sessions are easy, the workspace is comforting and welcoming, etc. Mentors are great, amazing therapy groups, and all! i definitely recommend it.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. This organization has been counselling my daughter for nearly one year and has never reached out to me (Father) about my daughter's treatment. I have contacted Laura Olsen (Owner of Palomé) multiple times, through phone calls and email, only to be mostly ignored. In a recent email she told me to stop calling/emailing because she was on vacation. Did her vacation last a year?
