Palo Verde themselves are an excellent builder. I'm extremely satisfied with my home and would recommend them to anyone!!! :))) On the other hand, the landscaper that they use are completely and totally crap!!! They did my whole landscaping in one day. I was suspicious but my mind was so overcrowded with the excitement of getting a new home, I ignored it, of course. Most wonderful home at first when I saw couldn't fall more in love with the "looks" of the house but I have been living here in a palo verde home exactly 1 year 4 months and the home is falling apart the structure in the inside is cracking walls ceilings even some of the tile is cracking have to say we don't have kids I only have 3 cats that are in my room now they don't brake walls tile or ceilings

Helpful staff, quick response to problems/questions; product is excellent. They really give you their best "house" without charging the buyer extra for it. This company takes pride in their product.
My experience with Palo Verde has been nothing but great! Quality customer service, quality product, and continued customer support. Coming home is my favorite part of the day now!
