I fell in love with Palo Duro Canyon sixty years ago on a school field trip and the love affair continues today!

Very nice state Park. Lots of wildlife and good hiking or biking trails. You can get any size rig into the Campground. Check out the FREE RV Museum in Amarillo. Lots of neat stuff in Amarillo as well.

This was our first day trip to PDC, and we loved it! Absolutely beautiful and we will definitely be back for camping and an extended stay!
Beautiful park and easy hikes are available - did the six mile round trip to the Light House formation shortly after sunrise and enjoyed every minute of it.
Truly awesome. Have lived in Texas for over 50 years and had no idea I had this in my "backyard". We had our daughter, grandson and his girlfriend with us, the photographs taken were absolutely fantastic. A truly amazing place to see and a must to visit.
Beautiful scenery and plenty of hiking trails, well kept camping areas, lots of things to do!
