Ive been going here since the beginning. This place was great to me at first, then lately had some hiccups that cost days of my time. Yes, i said days. My arrangements with them are extremely simple. Just a routine refill. But they never can seem to make the right connection with the local pharmacy. I will say that the receptionist Melissa seems to always swoop in and save the day for me. One star! I never write reviews, mostly because I tend to be optimistic and understanding, but their service was shocking. Fortunately, the doctor was okay and one other lady was nice, but the receptionist was one of the most rude people I have ever met! 😱 if I wasn’t in such a rush to get my loved one home, I would have confronted her to ask her what her deal was, because she acted like we were a huge inconvenience, annoying, among other things. I hope she was just having a bad day.
I have never in my life been to a doctor's office where they have signs in the walls saying that you can only talk about one health concern per visit because they want to keep the appointments moving along. What a waste of time, copays and insurance. If there's only time to talk about one health concern per appointment, how about you make the appointments longer?
I was seen by an NP. I gave him all my symptoms, which he totally ignored. I thought I might have had worms, as I found them in my stool. He told me you only get diarrhea. Not true - you can also get horrible constipation. I ended up being driven to Mercy ER two days later. I have a horrible UTI. Still waiting on fecal test results. The PA on Friday may be wonderful, but they need to 86 Pedro the NP.
The medical staff and administrative staff are incredible. They genuinely care about their patients and the community as a whole. Highly recommend!
Crazy that you have to make an appointment for a "Walk-in" clinic! How horrible to turn people away and tell them there is no availability until tomorrow and besides your running late to get to lunch! Horrible customer service �
