Called 15 minutes before our first scheduled appointment to say he was out of town, then came to do the bid, took almost a week, and I had to call him to ask for status, he said it’d be another week because he’s really busy. Just a poor communicator, which matters when you want to know what’s happening. The response below just further illustrates the poor communication, on the phone you just said you were really busy, you knew the house was in MPLS when you came for the bid, why should that extend the time of the bid? Jim did a fabulous job with a major bathroom remodeling project. We converted a large bathroom, closet, vanity area off the bedroom into two separate bathrooms and a closet. We also installed a new tankless water heater and water softener and had our master bedroom repainted with a new ceiling fan. Jim and his tile, plumbing, cabinet/countertop, and flooring partners did excellent quality work and helped us throughout the process. We are very pleased with the results.
