We have been living here since 2020 and I absolutely love the service, our apartment, and the neighborhood.
I stayed in this apartment for one year. I would recommend avoiding this apartment. The management is quite disorganized and never available, there was a thief stealing packages for months (who lived in the building!), the units have poor sound insulation, and the building is just very old. When you tour the apartment, don’t let them fool or impress you with the thin veneer of renovation that they have done. If you like the water temperature to remain the same while taking a shower, this is not the place for you. Usually your shower here will have frequent, sudden, and brief temperature changes to colder or hotter (sometimes freezing or boiling) when one of your neighbors (over 45 apts. here) use their faucet.
