The charge port is so convenient. The staff is always there when you need them. I feel blessed to have such a nice gym!
I have been living here for 5 years, and overall this is a nice place to live. Thanks to the property management team. They diligently makes efforts to keep the building nice and clean, and I really appreciate it. It is an old building, so it requires a lot of repair/maintenance work, but they pretty much attend to it everyday. The units are spacious with a plenty of storage space, and countertops, floors, fixtures, etc are upgraded. I also like the mid century style.
Jess was very helpful, professional and friendly. Although the apartment we hope to rent was currently occupied, Jess was able to show me an identical apartment on the same side of the building and the same floor where we would be renting. Jess also answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction. My wife mentioned how much she enjoyed talking to Jess on the phone, and looked forward to meeting her in person.
We have been living here since 2020 and I absolutely love the service, our apartment, and the neighborhood.
