I wish it were possible to give the podiatry depth here a zero. They canceled my previous appointment and I received no notification of any kind. I had to move things around significantly to fit in to their next available slot and landed up being 5 minutes late. They did not want to see me. Customer service is awful. All the people - receptionists and medical assistants are rude. Required my getting very upset to refusing to leave to be seen. Apparently they schedule each appointment for 15 minutes only. The receptionist I checked in with is rude and poker faced. Couldn’t find me in the computer, lacked skills obviously, she acted liked she was displeased with me showing up. Not good. She had to ask for my information several times, annoying, just write it down if you can’t remember. I regret coming here.
