The doctors are great, but--4 months later--I still have not found the limits of the billing department's incompetence or insensitivity. They sent me to collections for their mistake, and despite me repeatedly doing the forensics and explaining it to them, they still can't find checks sitting in their own billing dept to save their lives. Nor do they care. It's appalling.

I am so upset about a pediatrician that works in this place, my kid have bronquitis and this person just check my kid and said he was fine it was just a cold go to your house and drink liquids, she did not give me a prescription, my kid still sick with cough is been almost 6 days, I have the feeling that my kids have to be almost dead so they can actually give me some medecine for them, it is a shame that these people have all the nice stuff and is a nice place but they just don't care about people, I drove all the way in tr... read more
