Our regular doctors here are fine, but their overall management is abysmal. Getting an appointment can be a nightmare, and if you happen to be well enough to not go to the doctor for 2+ years, they kick you out of the system and you have to be a new patient over again! When you leave a message for your doctor's team, and they tell you that they have 2 business days to return your call, just won't cut it for quality customer experience! Nope! That is from Friday till Tuesday!
