Palo Alto Garden does not seem to provide enough parking space for it’s residents. Many of the residents park their cars down the neighboring street outside of the complex completely, leaving zero curbside space… in the evening you often see folks circling and searching for parking. Either the complex doesn't offer enough on-site parking, or for whatever reason forcing tenants to use the street as an overflow lot. If you're considering moving here, be aware the impact of this. Seems parking situation is poorly managed.

Residents from Palo Alto Gardens constantly park on the neighboring Alvin Street (2500 block), leaving zero curbside space for the people who actually live here. Either the complex doesn't offer enough on-site parking, or tenants are just using our street as their overflow lot. Worse, they consistently ignore street cleaning dates—which means our block rarely gets cleaned. If you're considering moving here, be aware that the impact of this spills far beyond their property line. Completely inconsiderate and poorly managed.
