Took several tries to get someone to answer the phone at 2 am. Rude ER nurse. Very very rude ER provider. My son asked them to call his parents and never did. The foreign ER Dr said he's a big boy and I don't call parents. I would rather die than be an ER patient here
Best health care system anywhere. I've been treated there many times and always had excellent care by personable, professioal, caring and understanding people. The entire complex is always shining clean and odor free. Every single person I've met is friendly and helpful. Only someone with an axe to grind would rate this excellent health care system poorly. I highly recommend PACHS to anyone with health care needs. We are blessed to have such great care available to all of us.
The care I've received was adequate, if impersonal. The billing/payment department is one of the worst, most inflexible, greedy, and deceptive parts of any business let alone a hospital that I've ever seen. Would not recommend. I'd honestly feel more cared for by a witch doctor.
