Definitely would recommend this company!
I needed a fixed awning for sun and rain protection of a large balcony. Palo Alto Awning did a fantastic job. They came out to my place, discussed our needs, send drawings with a couple of options and lots of fabric swatches, fabricated and installed a fantastic awning. The first time they came to install we realized that the overhang wasn't sufficient to keep rain off the edges, and they were very helpful: they took the frame back and extended it with no complaint. They also were timely and professional. Highly recommended.
