One star is too many for the worst that Palo Alto has to offer. I was a LeVett tenant starting in February 2015 for about three years. My experience was consistently negative due to poor communication, delayed repairs, and unprofessional conduct by management. Two property managers, Shelly and Galina Dankovska, were hostile and aggressive. Shelly terminated my rental contract after I asked to add a roommate - another employed software engineer. My family moved to US at end of 2016, luckily we were introduced to Galina through relocation consultant, she was so committed and helpful, it was a wonderful experience being the tenant of LeVett Properties. a. the whole renting process in the Waverley office took me about 40 mins, everyone there was professional, Galina explained everything on the contract in details. super bad, manager sounds like a bully and they just want to find a way to get your deposit. Okay, I will need to explain what happened here. We viewed a couple of flats and submitted an application. The application was on hold, and we called the company. A manager gave us a really condescending reply and asked for 12 months upfront and a 7500 security deposit because one of us recently arrived in the country and does not have an SSN yet. I've been renting with LeVett Properties for 8 years in Palo Alto. The entire team is professional and they take tremendous pride in maintaining and managing all the properties they own. They offer a wide range of accommodations for all stages of life.
Jerks for no reason, head lady is an adult bully, will find any excuse to take your deposit, avoid them if at all possible
