Stay away from this place and don’t let the good reviews fool you like I did. I arrived for my appointment, sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming out. Was then rudely approached by a hygienist who said I would have to wait because she needs to finish her lunch. I wasn’t brought back for my cleaning until 30 mins after my appt time. I chose this dentistry because of its decades-long business in Palo Alto. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but disappointment. The worst dental experience ever! I am not sure if the office know their culture or not know at all. The dental assistant called me "princess" right behind me. I was so surprised and turned back to look at her. No apology. Seem to be a third tier dentist office, went in for a cleaning and when I got home I checked my teeth and all the plaque wasn't even removed. Would not trust these guys with any work, and will check my teeth before leaving next time.....cant believe the sketchy dental offices that are out there beware!
I have been coming here for a long time. Highly recommend them. Great communication, great advice, clear explanations, friendly service and top quality work. Elaine at the front desk is always friendly and kind as well.
