Worst Customer Service Ever! I booked a 10 am appointment for dazzle dri mani pedi. Upon arriving at 9:55 am, I was told there would be a slight wait. How long? 20 minutes minimum, no tech available. But I have a 10 am appointment. We are treating this as a walk in as you did not request a specific tech. Why wasn’t I told this when I booked appointment? Shrug!!!! While I do not have a standing appointment, I have been going to this salon for almost 10 years. No apologies! Will be finding a new salon for sure!
